❓ What is Luna Nest?

Luna Nest is a handcrafted keepsake designed to capture your baby's birth story. It features your baby’s name, birth date, time, weight, and height engraved onto premium birch wood, nestled inside a crescent moon filled with resin — all encased in a teak wood frame.

❓ How do I customize my Luna Nest?

While placing your order, simply fill in:

Name, Date of birth, Time of birth, Weight & height

Plus, choose your preferred moon color from:

Carmine Red, Viva Magenta, Purple Haze, Ultramarine Blue

❓ Can I preview the design before it’s made?

Currently, we do not provide digital previews. Each piece is handcrafted with utmost attention to detail based on the information you provide.

❓ What materials do you use?

Crescent moon: Hand-poured resin in your selected color.

Baby’s birth details: Laser-engraved birchwood.

Outer frame: Solid teak wood.

Packed with an archival envelope including the Certificate of Authenticity, care guide, and thank you note.

❓ Is Luna Nest durable? Will it last?

Absolutely. Luna Nest is designed to last a lifetime. The teak wood frame is highly durable, and the resin is sealed to resist yellowing over time under normal indoor conditions.

❓ How long does it take to make?

Your order is handcrafted and ships within 5–7 business days. Each piece is made to order with careful attention.

❓ Is it safe for babies?

Luna Nest is designed as a decor keepsake, not a toy. Please hang or place it out of reach from infants and toddlers.

❓ Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship pan-India. Shipping is completely free.

❓ What if I make a mistake while filling the details?

Reach out within 12 hours of placing the order for corrections. After that, we start crafting and changes may not be possible.

❓ Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Since each Luna Nest is custom-made, we do not accept returns or cancellations once crafting begins. However, if your order arrives damaged, we’ll replace it free of charge.

❓ How do I care for my Luna Nest?

Keep it indoors, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Gently wipe with a dry, soft cloth to remove dust. Full care instructions are provided in your package.
